Terms of Use

NIDWAH is a curated marketplace that connects UAE shoppers with local fashion brands. We provide the platform on which brands list their products; the brands themselves are the sellers of those products. Payment for orders is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment provider, after which brands confirm availability and prepare your order.

When you place an order on NIDWAH, payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is then sent to the relevant brand for confirmation and preparation.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, NIDWAH will cancel the affected order and issue a refund to your original payment method. NIDWAH reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, refunding any payment already taken.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Payment is collected securely at checkout through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). NIDWAH does not store or process your full card details on its own servers. Always pay through the official NIDWAH checkout — never send payment directly to any party claiming to represent a brand or NIDWAH.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the brand. NIDWAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or the brand. Delivery is available within the UAE only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Return and refund policies are set by individual brands and displayed on product pages. NIDWAH may assist in mediating disputes between shoppers and brands. See our Returns Policy for full details.

If you create an account (for example, as a brand using NIDWAH Studio), you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• List counterfeit, prohibited, or misrepresented goods
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Infringe the rights of NIDWAH, brands, or other users

All content on NIDWAH — including brand names, logos, product images, and platform copy — is the property of NIDWAH or the respective brand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations (Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023). Where any term conflicts with your statutory consumer rights, those statutory rights prevail.

NIDWAH acts as a marketplace connecting shoppers and brands. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by brands, and our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where possible.
