Platform Use
NIDWAH is a curated marketplace connecting shoppers with UAE local fashion brands. This is a demo MVP and is not yet a fully operational commercial platform.
Orders
Order requests submitted through NIDWAH are forwarded to brands. Payment is not processed through NIDWAH in the current demo version. Final transactions are arranged between shoppers and brands.
Brand Responsibilities
Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
