NIDWAH delivers UAE local fashion directly from brands to shoppers across all seven UAE emirates.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the UAE only — to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery across the UAE is free — it's included in the item price, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout. Each brand fulfils and dispatches its own orders, so the delivery time is set per piece by the brand and shown on the product page. Most items arrive within a few business days; made-to-order, custom, or handmade pieces may take longer. The estimate begins once the brand has confirmed and prepared your order.

3. Order Processing

After you place an order on NIDWAH:

  1. Payment is collected securely at checkout
  2. The brand confirms your order and begins preparing it (typically within 1–2 business days)
  3. The brand dispatches your order — delivery is carried out by the brand or its courier
  4. You can follow your order status in real time as it moves through fulfilment

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time on the Order Tracking page using the order code from your confirmation. Status updates are reflected in real time as your order progresses through fulfilment.

5. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification. Please contact the brand or NIDWAH at support@nidwah.ae to arrange redelivery. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

6. Delays

NIDWAH is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, extreme weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. We will always keep you informed via your provided contact details.
