Brand Partner Terms

These Brand Partner Terms govern the relationship between NIDWAH and brands listed on the platform. By accepting an invitation to join NIDWAH, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

To list your brand on NIDWAH, you must:

  • Be based in the UAE or sell products primarily to UAE customers
  • Sell original, authentic products in the fashion, jewellery, accessories, or related categories
  • Accept and respond to order requests within 2 business days
  • Be approved by the NIDWAH team following a brand application review

2. Commission Structure

Founder Launch Rate5% commission
Founder Brand Rate10% commission
Standard Brand Rate15% commission

Founder brands pay just 5% commission until they reach AED 5,000 in sales or their first 30 days — whichever comes first — then 10% thereafter. Standard brands pay 15%. Commission is calculated on the listed item price (UAE delivery is included in that price). There are no listing fees, monthly subscription fees, or setup costs.

3. Product Listings

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including:

  • Product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability
  • Delivery timelines and return policies
  • Product authenticity and quality

NIDWAH reserves the right to edit, pause, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.

4. Order Fulfilment

When an order request is received:

  1. NIDWAH notifies the brand and confirms availability
  2. The brand prepares and ships the order once payment is confirmed
  3. The brand updates the order status via the brand dashboard

Brands must fulfil confirmed orders within the delivery time stated on their product pages.

5. Payouts

NIDWAH releases each brand's payout after an order is completed (delivered), with the applicable commission deducted. Payouts are typically processed within 14 days of completion, and full payout records are available in NIDWAH Studio.

6. Brand Conduct

Brands agree to:

  • Respond to order requests and shopper messages within 2 business days
  • Not contact shoppers outside the platform for competing transactions
  • Not list counterfeit, copied, or infringing products
  • Maintain the quality and authenticity of all listed products

7. Termination

NIDWAH may suspend or remove a brand from the platform if it violates these terms, fails to fulfil orders, or engages in conduct that damages the platform or its shoppers. Brands may request removal from the platform at any time with 30 days' notice.
