Returns Policy
Last updated: June 2026
NIDWAH connects shoppers directly with UAE local fashion brands. Returns and exchanges are handled between you and the brand, with NIDWAH available to assist if needed.
1. Brand-Level Policies
Each brand on NIDWAH sets its own return and exchange policy. You can find a brand's specific return policy on the product page before you place an order.
We strongly recommend reviewing the return policy of each item before purchasing, particularly for made-to-order, custom, or embroidered pieces.
2. Eligibility
Where a brand offers returns, items are typically eligible if they are:
- Returned within 7–14 days of delivery (per brand policy)
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Not made-to-order, custom, or personalised items (which are generally final sale)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact the brand directly via WhatsApp or Instagram (links on the brand profile page)
- Provide your order code and reason for the return
- Follow the brand's instructions for return shipment
If you are unable to resolve a return directly with the brand, contact NIDWAH at support@nidwah.ae and we will assist in mediating the dispute.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact NIDWAH immediately at support@nidwah.ae with photos. We will work with the brand to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before the brand has dispatched it by contacting us at support@nidwah.ae. Once the brand has begun preparing or has shipped your order, cancellations are subject to the brand's policy.
Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any payment already taken is refunded to your original payment method.
6. Refund Timelines
Refunds, where approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used. Refund timelines may vary by brand and payment method.
7. Your Rights Under UAE Law
This policy operates alongside your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations (Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023). In particular, you remain entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement, or refund — for goods that are defective or not as described. Nothing in this policy or a brand's policy removes those rights.
