What types of brands do you accept?
Independent UAE-based fashion, jewellery, accessories and lifestyle brands. Every application is reviewed by hand.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No setup, listing or monthly fees. NIDWAH takes a 15% commission on each sale only, so we earn when you earn.
Do I need a trade licence to apply?
Not to apply. A trade licence or e-trader licence is collected later, when you set up payouts. You can build your store in the meantime.
Who delivers the orders?
You do. You ship your own orders the way you already do on Instagram, then mark them delivered in Studio. NIDWAH handles the storefront, the checkout and collecting the payment.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your bank on the 1st and 15th of every month through Stripe. Anything you sell before your payout account is finished is held safely and paid in the next run.
How long does approval take?
Usually a few days. Every application is read by a real person and you get a personal reply either way. Your Studio login works while you wait.
Can I keep selling on Instagram or my own website?
Yes. NIDWAH is not exclusive. Your products, your prices and your customers stay yours, and you can pause or leave at any time.
